Las Vegas, June 2026 — Parloa, the leading agent-building platform in enterprise CX, today announced the launch of Parloa Navigator and Parloa Lens at CCW Vegas. These two products augment their industry-leading AI Agent Management Platform (AMP) to further democratize the development and management of enterprise grade agentic CX.

What prompted the development

Parloa’s product pipeline is predominantly customer-led. As Parloa's enterprise customer base expands across global brands in financial services, insurance, retail, and travel, common opportunities have emerged across the AI agent deployments.

The first is the expertise bottleneck. Building AI agents that hold up in production is a craft, not a configuration. The knowledge of what good looks like (e.g. how to structure a prompt, catch a contradiction, trace a failure to its root cause) often lives in a playbook that only a handful of people in any organization can access. Everyone else starts from a blank page with little sense of what best-in-class looks like. As use cases pile up in queues, experts become the ceiling to many AI programs.

The second is the observability gap. Once agents ship, enterprises have no reliable way to know how they are actually performing. Standard dashboards lean towards data metrics like handle times and resolution rates, and third-party data analytics lose real-time capabilities. Neither can detect when an agent fabricated an answer, drifted off-script, or left a customer feeling unheard. By the time those signals show up in CSAT or a compliance review, the brand impact has already compounded across thousands of conversations.

Parloa Navigator provides anyone in an organization with a master level copilot throughout the agent building process, and Parloa Lens tackles ho-hum analytics with an unique view into agent performance and progressive sentiment analysis. Together, Lens and Navigator create the first unified platform to address the full agent optimization lifecycle—from first build to continuous, automated improvement.

Validation and proof points

According to Gartner, only 17% of organizations have deployed AI agents, yet more than 60% expect to within two years. McKinsey studies show 46% of orgs cite talent skill gaps as the single biggest barrier to scaling AI, ahead of budget, technical complexity, and every other obstacle. According to EY, 99% of large enterprises have already incurred financial losses from AI-related risks, with 64% losing more than $1 million and the average loss conservatively estimated to be $4.4 million per company.

When a leading global travel platform deployed Parloa Lens across nearly 50,000 real production conversations, it revealed insights that standard resolution metrics simply aren't designed to surface, such as the precise share of conversations that could be further optimized, which interaction types carried hallucination risk, and where customer sentiment diverged significantly across markets.

Driving the need for Parloa Navigator, in surveying agent builders, Parloa found that all of them troubleshoot using external LLMs. They paste system prompts outside the platform, spend three to four hours on a single failure, and expose sensitive operational configuration every time they do. Between 70 to 80 percent of builder time goes into optimization instead of producing the next use case, which gets added to already unmanageable queues.

Parloa Navigator: Under the hood

Parloa Navigator is an AI agent design copilot built directly within Parloa's AMP. It enables every builder on an enterprise team to independently build, troubleshoot, and improve AI agents.

With Parloa Navigator, every build starts from procedure upload and pre-built industry templates across retail, insurance, financial services, and more. When agents behave unexpectedly, Navigator traces the failure to its root cause with line-level fix recommendations and Prompt Health Checks that catch structural issues proactively, before they reach a customer. Through conversational agent analytics, builders can also ask questions of their agent performance data in plain language and receive instant answers with prioritized next steps.

Navigator is available in private preview beginning June 29, 2026.

Parloa Lens: Under the hood

Parloa Lens is a unified observability and analytics solution built into Parloa's AMP platform. It provides enterprises with always-on intelligence across every AI agent conversation by combining performance monitoring for operational signals with up to 50 proprietary automated evaluations for behavioral and semantic intelligence. These include hallucination rate, sentiment trajectory, empathy score, tone alignment, and PII leak detection.

Unlike standard analytics platforms that report on what happened, Parloa Lens explains why, connecting operational telemetry to behavioral root cause in a single native architecture. Every metric is pressure-tested against strict confidence intervals by Parloa's conversational AI scientists, making the data boardroom-ready and defensible in front of a regulator or auditor. One click to any flagged metric takes teams straight to the full conversation behind it, going from signal to evidence to action without friction.

For teams using external business intelligence tools, engagement data and conversation transcripts are available for export via the BI Export Hub. Conversation score—a single composite metric surfacing the overall health of every agent conversation—will launch in Q3 2026.

Parloa Lens is available in private preview beginning June 30, 2026.

Better together

Navigator and Lens are the first solution to close the loop between building reliable AI agents and ensuring they stay that way. Navigator solves the expertise bottleneck, putting expert-level building and optimization in every builder's hands. Lens solves the observability gap by providing every team with the always-on intelligence to know their agents are performing the way their brand demands. Together, these products enhance Parloa’s AI Agent Management Platform to be the first of its kind to build enterprise-grade agentic CX that monitors all agent performance, diagnoses failures, and fixes them autonomously and in near real-time.
