Live Solution Demo at SAP NOW
SAP’s Autonomous Enterprise orchestrates the process in the background, while customers experience it through direct conversation. In this live session, a Parloa Voice AI Agent handles a real customer call from initial request to resolution. Using live data from SAP Service Cloud, the agent resolves the request autonomously and, when needed, seamlessly hands it over to a human agent with full context and the complete conversation transcript available directly in the agent desktop.
