User Terms and Conditions
Purchase of your Ticket through our website (referred to as "Platform") attests that you agree to the following User Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing your Ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these User Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate and current personal information as requested in the Ticket Form (“Form”). False information may lead to rejection or cancellation of your Ticket without refund if discovered after issue.
3. PURCHASING PROCESS
Upon completion of the Form accessible via the Platform, an Invoice will be sent requiring payment and allowing the securing of Tickets. Upon purchase, Parloa may make a suitability assessment reserving the right to refund unsuitable ticket holders. Parloa retains sole discretion in doing so within two (2) weeks post purchase. In this event, the full Ticket fee will be refunded.
Event details, and other relevant information will also be communicated via email. It is upon the purchase of a Ticket and the receipt of a confirmation email that a place at the event is secured.
4. PRIVACY
The usual data processing tools outlined in our Privacy Policy will be used in this process. Additionally, the Invoicing system of this event will require your name, job title, company, and email address. By selecting the “I agree to the terms and conditions” checkbox, you accept the these Terms and Conditions, you permit Parloa to process your data for the purchasing process and your permit Parloa to share it with three (3) Platinum Event Partners, so that they may contact you for promotional purposes related to their products and services in the fields of AI, customer service automation, and enterprise technology. 5. CHANGES TO THE TERMS:
We reserve the right to revise these User Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Your purchase of a Ticket following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new User Terms and Conditions.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once purchased, Tickets are non-refundable. If you choose not to attend the Event, Parloa shall be entitled to retain the Ticket fee.
In the event that Parloa reschedules or cancels the Event, Parloa will notify Ticket holders as far in advance as is reasonably practicable under the circumstances. If the Event is canceled, Parloa's sole responsibility shall be to refund all payments previously made by the Ticket holder. If the Event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend on the new date or at the new location, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of being notified of the change.
Ticket holders waive any and all rights to claim for damages beyond the refund of the Ticket fee in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by Parloa.
By checking the box stating "I agree to the terms and conditions", you consent to be legally bound by these User Terms and Conditions, as updated occasionally. If you do not agree with any of these User Terms and Conditions, please refrain from entering the Ticket Purchasing process.
These User Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of Berlin, Germany.
