Our founding story

In 2018...
Parloa founders Malte and Stefan recognized a transformative shift in the relationship between people and technology. For the first time, algorithms became capable of comprehending human language as well as humans.
This technological breakthrough
changed the way companies and customers communicate. It was a disruptive shift that inspired Malte and Stefan to develop an AI-powered, human-centric contact center solution that enabled brands to elevate customer service to new heights.
And that’s how Parloa was born.

Every year, Zurich Insurance Ltd partners with companies around the world to to deliver innovative services and products. Our initiative with Zurich Group Germany aims to use our contact center AI platform to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up agents to provide faster customer service.

Service Globe Award 2023

At this year's Service Desk World Conference in Düsseldorf, the project "Digitalization Service Desk" of the Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) won with a voicebot from NTT DATA and Parloa.
