What is the EU AI Champions Initiative?
The EU AI Champions Initiative was launched in February 2025 by the European Union during the AI Action Summit in Paris, hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron. The initiative unites Europe’s AI efforts, bringing together technology, industry, capital, and policymakers to unlock AI’s full potential in Europe and foster greater innovation. Additionally, more than 20 key capital allocators – including Parloa’s investors EQT Ventures and General Catalyst – have announced plans to invest €150 billion in AI-related projects across Europe over the next five years.

- Strengthen the international competitiveness of European companies
