Enterprise Account Executive (f/m/x)

Your Mission

As a driven Enterprise Account Executive at Parloa, you will play a critical role in our business development, driving Parloa´s growth and leading the sales process from finding opportunities to closing deals. Speaking both languages of engineers and business leaders you will build strong relationships with clients and become their Parloa counselor.

In this role you will: 

  • Be responsible for development and implementation of the sales strategy at Parloa. Meet our sales goals by developing clients´ pipeline, managing internal and client processes, providing sales reports, and conducting market research
  • Develop business opportunities by finding use-cases, generating inbound leads together with our Marketing team, and creating new sales funnels
  • Build and sustain value-add relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor on Parloa technology
  • Develop innovative proposals and complex pricing structures for the clients; negotiate contracts and deal-closing requirements quickly and efficiently
  • Identify the challenges of clients and align the ROI of Parloa with those challenges to ensure a value-based selling approach. Work closely with our engineering team to uncover technical challenges
  • Deliver presentations and workshops to customers, and finalize sales proposals
  • Initiate and develop cooperations with consulting agencies and integrators  and coordinate existing integrators

What You Bring To The Table

  • Successful previous experience of 3+ years in software sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience with sales of customer care or communication technology is a plus
  • Ability to find customer needs and recognize sales opportunities
  • Great negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent German, good English skills
  • Technical affinity and ability to consult clients on Parloa technology
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and B2B leads generation
